Pay rates
A general rate, a rate per city or a rate per tour, per tour, hour, day or salary, with start dates. Tour payments are estimated from them.
Payments
Record payroll, contractor invoices and advances; tick the tours they cover and they are marked paid. A yearly view flags contractors who need a 1099-NEC.
Training
Safety, first aid, tour scripts and driving policy modules, assigned by role, with due dates, renewals and overdue alerts.
Alerts
Expiring licences and documents, overdue training and new applicants, on the HR page and in a Monday email.
