Quality & control
Bókun audit
Every Bókun tour checked daily: active, bookable, sold out or closed, with a 15-day history, Excel-style filters, export to Excel or Google Sheets, and an ignore list for seasonal tours.
OTA payout audit
Upload the payment reports Viator and GetYourGuide send, several files at once, including Viator’s payment advice as it arrives. Every payment is matched to its Bókun booking: bookings paid twice, missing from Bókun, cancelled but paid, commission above your rate, and travelled bookings not paid yet for any month, year or date range, with “Find payment” to see where a payment went, and a check that every reseller’s payment report is uploaded for every period. Stated commissions flow into your revenue.
Viator audit
Every Viator product under your supplier ID (e.g. 318681P1, 318681P2…) checked every morning, booked or not: inactive on Viator, no bookable dates, few dates, and Viator / Bókun products that aren’t linked. Before flagging “no dates”, a live check with Viator confirms it. Diagnose one product, or a list of codes, on demand. Only your own products, never other suppliers’.
HR for guides and drivers
Employees and contractors with their own page (SSN and license encrypted, CV and documents), pay rates per tour and city, payments linked to tour payments and 1099s, offer letters from your own template, a public apply page for Craigslist and job sites, and training by role. Hiring a guide adds them to your resources.
Compliance reminders
Sales tax, state and federal tax, payroll, insurance, licenses and park permits with due dates, email reminders, a record of every payment and a calendar file.
GetYourGuide audit
Every tour you sell on GetYourGuide checked every morning: can’t be booked in Bókun, no GetYourGuide bookings lately, many cancellations. With a GetYourGuide Partner API token, also whether each tour is live on GetYourGuide and has bookable dates.
Audit reports
After every audit: key numbers, action items with what to do, changes since yesterday and an Excel list for your helpdesk team, kept for 15 days.
Reviews dashboard
Reviews from Google, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, Viator and more, always tied to a completed tour and its guide: ratings by guide, platform and tour, review fees, Excel import and export.
