Our story

BookingOps started inside a working tour company. Every morning began the same way: export the Bókun manifest, copy it into a spreadsheet, message each guide, and hope nothing changed overnight. We built the tool we wanted, then opened it to other operators.

What we believe

• The day of the tour matters most. Selling is half the job; running the tour well is what earns the five-star review.
• Simple beats clever. Office staff and guides should understand every screen without training.
• Your data is yours. Each company has its own isolated workspace, and we never change your Bókun bookings.
• Listen, then build. Many features started as a message through the Feedback button.
